The BBS BODY OPTIMISATION program, developed and delivered by Jessica Zoo Christensen, empowers you to become more familiar with your body using a PERSONALISED STRATEGY movement observation and workshop-based training.  

BODY OPTIMISATION WORKSHOP  (4-8 people)

A full day workshop (6 hours) which includes a full body exploration in movement for fitness, sports and every day living:

  • Movement & flexibility

  • Tension release and pain management

  • Balance and agility

  • Posture and sitting patterns

  • Includes a healthy lunch buffet

PERSONALISED STRATEGY (one-to-one)

Your personalised strategy based on holistic sports science & wellness principles to suit your preferences, goals & lifestyle choices:

  • Metabolic energy balance for fat loss

  • Intolerance and bio-preference testing (at Summit clinic)

  • Hunger management strategy

  • Movement & wellness plan
