We are currently planning our 2024 events calendar and BBS Week, where we reunite our workshops under one roof, for a whole week of learning. You can join us for just one workshop, multiple days or for the whole week.

WHO CAN ATTEND THE WORKSHOPS?

Our workshops and BBS Weeks are aimed at sports and fitness professionals, coaches and teachers - but we welcome passionate students and athletes who are looking to delve deeper into their skills and are thinking about coaching or leading others.

LOCATION & WORKSHOPS

• Our BBS Weeks are planned at our Training Centre in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, and also in Richmond (Greater London), Austin, TX and Denver, CO. We welcome hosting opportunities with a minimum of 8 participants over 3 days. 

• Please use the form to the right to express your interest and vote for your preferred location, or leave us a message if you're interested in hosting one of our workshops.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE Daily: 9 am - 5 pm

• Arrivals day: no activity scheduled

• DAY 1 | BBS Baseline (compulsory for all coaches taking the L&S_3 or BBS_3 Certificate)

• DAY 2 | L&S Functional Flexibility Workshop 

• DAY 3 | BBS FUNctional Training Workshop

• DAY 4 | CCS Coaching & Communication Skills

• DAY 5 & 6 | Outdoor Activities & 1-2-1 Sessions

PRICES & ACCOMMODATION

Prices are set to $250 per day for your workshop fees, or $1200 for the whole week, with a choice to join our accommodation packages set by the hotel. Prices and fees will be published 6 - 9 months prior to the event for booking.
