The BBS Training Method aims to explore an individualised, holistic, sports-science based approach to training for fitness and sports. BODY BEFORE SKILL™ brings together a blend of techniques that focus on movement optimisation, flexibility and overall well-being based on scienntific methods.
Combining and exploring knowledge and techniques from a variety of fields including gymnastics, ballet, barre, pilates, callisthenics, yoga, martial arts, natural movement, sports performance and is continually evolving to explore our real-life superpowers. We develop educational resources and workout crafted to blend the joy of movement, music and exercise science for an optimal training experience.
